Meteor Systems manufactures and distributes complete growing systems for (greenhouse) horticulture worldwide. These include growing systems, irrigation, pipe rail supports, bay-wide supports, DFT, growing racks, and fruit covers. Their products are used for growing vegetables, soft fruits, cut flowers, medicinal cannabis, and leafy vegetables.

Peter Lexmond, CCO at Meteor Systems: "From our headquarters in Breda, the Netherlands, we supply the horticultural sector with our products. To be close to our customers, we have already spread our wings in different parts of the world: Canada, China, and... now soon also in Mexico."
From their brand new facility in South America, Peter Lexmond will handle sales of the entire Meteor Systems range for Mexico and Latin America. The premises will include the assembly of drip systems. Peter: "This allows us to serve our customers fast(er). Furthermore, the transport costs are much lower this way. I am happy that Meteor Systems can further strengthen the sector in Mexico this way."
The total Meteor Systems team consists of 130 employees. The development of the latest innovations takes place in the Netherlands. The R&D department already has several innovations to its name, which have been welcomed by the horticultural sector with open arms. Bas Dirven, R&D manager: ''There is much more to come.
