Working out of an old industrial house in Mumbai that has been converted into a vertical farm, Sakina and Joshua have found a way to grow leafy green vegetables right in the heart of the city. As the slogan of the farm goes, "Farm-to-table food for the modern Indian", Herbivore has more than 32 ready-to-eat salads in store for locals.
