With almost 50 years of experience, Mr. Schaff founded S&S Seeds and grew the business through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. NativeSeed Group is a leading provider of native seeds and erosion control products, catering to land reclamation, conservation, construction, commercial, and consumer applications. The company’s vertically integrated sourcing and production platform includes farming, wildland collection, and procurement of native grass, wildflower, and shrub seeds. The strategic partnership with Heartwood Partners will enable NativeSeed Group to refine its strategic growth plan, leveraging Heartwood’s operational expertise and industry experience to expand its market reach and optimize operations.
