Hidden above the hustle and bustle of the city centre, Cork Rooftop Farm is a lush, verdant hideaway where a variety of fresh, chemical-free produce is grown to stock the shop downstairs.

Now owner Bryan MacCarthy is seeking a suitable candidate to take on the role of Rooftop Farmer as the business expands.

The project began last year during lockdown atop his family business Central Floral Supplies, and has been such a success that the 34-year-old has been able to open a store on Cork’s busy Cornmarket Street.

Now the team is expanding, there’s a unique opportunity for a green-fingered job-seekers to join the crew.
