Kenya: Two young entrepreneurs making Yoghurt from Goat Milk

This is to share with you a short clip, aired on a Kenyan national television (Ktn News), about two Nairobi youths doing value addition to goat milk to produce yogurt and cheese. They operate in an informal settlement, constrained with space and financial resources. The two have been trained on Urban Agriculture by Mazingira Institute and are members of the Mentors Hub, under the Nairobi and Environs Food Security Agriculture and Landscape Forum (NEFSALF). NEFSALF is a network and platform of farmers in and around Nairobi, convened by Mazingira.
