With more than two decades of management experience, Kohler has a proven record in international sales, marketing, and business development. His career highlights include senior director roles and management consultancy at significant OEMs such as CNH Industrial, BMW Group, Mercedes Benz, and several prominent German tech scale-ups. These roles have seen him drive international growth in these businesses. Kohler’s deep-seated passion for agriculture has led him to dedicate over ten years to the industry. He also lends his expertise as an associate sales and marketing professor at IE Business School, one of the world’s top-ranked business schools.
