Alicia Enciso (recent CMO of Nestle USA), Floris Wesseling (recent President of Danone Europe), and Pedro Padierna (former CEO and Chairman of PepsiCo Mexico) bring with them significant industry insight and expertise that will support the company’s transformative journey.

Alicia Enciso is a seasoned global marketing executive with an impressive brand development and strategic growth record. Known for her forward-thinking initiatives in sustainability, innovation, and digital and e-commerce transformations, Enciso’s appointment comes at a crucial moment where environmental considerations and consumer demand intersect. Enciso, who recently joined the Board of Directors at Bacardi, brings valuable insights from her tenure as CMO for Nestle USA.
Floris Wesseling is recognized for his purpose-driven leadership style and extensive global experience. His 25-year career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector has equipped him with a breadth of knowledge and insights. As a veteran leader with deep insights into traditional and alternative dairy markets, Wesseling’s experience, most recently as President of Europe on the Danone Executive Committee, will undoubtedly prove invaluable.
Pedro Padierna, widely acclaimed as a transformative leader, has consistently ignited growth and operational excellence in his career spanning over three decades at PepsiCo. His experience across various domains, including R&D, marketing, and public policy, and his familiarity with global regulatory landscapes will support Remilk’s ongoing efforts to secure regulatory approvals worldwide.
