During the meeting, the two officials discussed additional areas for collaboration in agriculture as well as the status of ongoing partnerships.

Also present at the meeting were the Business Development Director at the L.R. Group, Mr. Joseph Harrosh, and the CEO of the Seal Group, Matan Koren. Mr. Koren is leading the team of investors from KARLICO INC., who are currently working to develop a massive hydroponic production system project in Guyana.

As it relates to the hydroponic project, Mr. Koren indicated that the container with equipment to commence the project is scheduled to depart Israel tomorrow and should arrive in Guyana in the next four to six weeks.

Approximately USD $15,750,000 is being invested by the company to execute the project, which will involve a three-phase hydroponic production system based on nutrient film techniques and soilless production systems.
